I wanted to open a Uhaul storage building, but if you drive 8 miles to its atleast 50 of them, then maybe that a bad thing to do. I wonder that you can buy a Wal-Mart? And I thought of opening a chain of washing their apartments are so many here.

Coin operated laundries and washing machines are almost always a good choice.
Boat Storage could also be an option.
